This is an interesting article published in the Law Society Gazette by a couple of legal specialists – Darragh Connell, a commercial barrister at Forum Chambers, London and Robyn Allardice-Bourne a solicitor at Maddox Legal, London. The article highlights the use of the law to prosecute the rogue users of drones. It is understood that Madoox Legal have developed a team with the knowledge and understanding of drones and operating within UK law and regulations for both assisting commercial organisations with their legal responsibilities, and for the Authority in prosecuting criminal offenders.
